How to raise a grievance
In case of any grievance or complaint, an investor may approach Five Point Research Insights Private Limited through written, oral/telephonic or email communication. We strive to redress grievances promptly — immediately where possible, and within the timelines specified by SEBI.

Lodge a complaint on SCORES 2.0 at scores.sebi.gov.in. First-level review by RAASB, second-level by SEBI.
Pursue Online Dispute Resolution at smartodr.in through conciliation or arbitration.
