Yes. Five Point Research Insights Private Limited operates as a SEBI-Registered Research Analyst under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. It provides research only and is not an investment adviser, portfolio manager or broker.

Does Five Point guarantee profits or returns?

No. Five Point does not promise, guarantee or indicate any assured return, profit or accuracy. Investment in securities — and especially index options — carries the risk of substantial loss. SEBI registration does not guarantee performance.

What is the five-point research process?

Every research idea is documented across five fixed points: the level being studied, the option structure considered, the explicit risk and stop, suggested position sizing relative to capital, and a post-trade review against the original thesis.

Does Five Point handle client money or place trades?

No. Five Point never receives, holds or manages client funds or securities, and never executes trades. All execution decisions and orders are made by the client through their own broker.

Five Point Research Insights Private Limited provides research services relating to stock options and index options through a uniform research framework.

Clients choose between the Basic Plan, available across quarterly, half-yearly, or annual terms, and the Institutional Client plan, designed for higher-scale participants with dedicated support and BTST trade access.

Within each plan, all clients receive the same research communications as per their agreed service terms. Fees are charged transparently and in accordance with SEBI-prescribed limits and applicable terms.

02On fees

The maximum fee chargeable shall be ₹1,51,000 per annum per family of client for Individual and HUF clients, excluding statutory charges, as prescribed under applicable SEBI regulations. This limit shall not apply to non-individual clients or accredited investors, wherever applicable under SEBI regulations.

Fees may be charged in advance if you agree, not exceeding one year, subject to the limits and conditions prescribed by SEBI from time to time. On premature termination by either party, refund of proportionate fees, if applicable, shall be governed by SEBI regulations, the client agreement, and the unexpired subscription period.

Payment shall be accepted only through banking channels such as cheque, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, or other permitted electronic modes. We do not accept cash, do not accept funds for investment purposes, and never ask for trading, demat, bank login credentials, passwords or OTPs.

Where applicable, fees may be collected through the Centralised Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM), managed by BSE Limited.
