Refund policy
The basis on which fees may or may not be refunded by Five Point Research Insights Private Limited.
At Five Point Research Insights Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality research services. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain accuracy and consistency in our recommendations, clients should understand that no assurance or guarantee of returns can be provided in the securities market.
Once a client subscribes to any of our services and payment is successfully received, the subscribed services and recommendations are activated and delivered through the designated communication channels. If a client is dissatisfied for any reason, they may contact us for clarification, support or guidance.
Delivery and client-side issues
If a client is unable to receive WhatsApp broadcasts, emails or alerts due to reasons attributable to the client's side — including inactive mobile numbers, poor internet connectivity, device restrictions, application settings, spam filters or email issues — the services shall still be considered duly delivered, provided our communication service provider confirms successful transmission to the registered contact details. Accordingly, refund requests on the grounds of non-receipt of messages arising from client-side issues shall not be accepted. Clients are advised to keep their mobile number, WhatsApp, internet connection and email active throughout the subscription period.
Finality and pro-rata refunds
All subscriptions and service purchases are considered final. No refund shall be granted for the portion of services already rendered or availed. Any complaint or dissatisfaction regarding the quality, performance or outcome of recommendations during the active subscription period shall not entitle the client to compensation or refund for the utilised period.
In accordance with applicable SEBI guidelines, if a client wishes to discontinue before the expiry of the service tenure, any eligible refund shall be processed only for the unutilised portion of the subscription period. Such refund shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis after deducting charges applicable for services already provided, along with applicable taxes, statutory deductions and administrative expenses. No refund shall be issued for services already consumed, irrespective of trading outcomes, profits, losses or overall satisfaction.
Investments and trading in the securities market are subject to market risks. Any profit, loss or financial consequence arising from acting upon our research shall be borne solely by the client. Five Point Research Insights Private Limited shall not be responsible for any trading or investment losses incurred by the client.
By subscribing and making payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to this Refund Policy, along with the Disclaimer, Disclosure, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and other policies published on our website.
